The Mark Savage Memorial Trophy 2023 saw teams from local businesses, organizations, and passionate football enthusiasts compete with dedication and fervor. The trophy was ultimately claimed by AFC Ash, who displayed exceptional talent and teamwork, while Pilgrims secured the prestigious title of runners-up.

Adding to the spirit of competition, the Plate 2023 category witnessed Team Mech-Elec emerge as the well-deserved winners, with What’s the Procedure shining as commendable runners-up.

The event was not only a celebration of football but also a testament to the strong sense of community support that defines Burgess Hill. Local organizations like ASF Welding & Fabrication sponsored the Tournament's top-goal scorer award, recognizing the impressive achievements of Louis Wright from Pilgrims. Escape Youth Club ensured attendees were treated to delightful refreshments, Play Sport UK expertly orchestrated the seamless organization of the venue, and Mid Sussex Marketing UK provided digital marketing expertise to help ensure the event's resounding success. Stoner & Sons generously donated the medals that symbolized the spirit of competition and achievement. The overwhelming success of the tournament was further amplified by the gracious contributions of numerous local companies, who wholeheartedly donated raffle prizes and provided valuable assistance, uniting the community in celebration.
